A: The warehouse is open Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am – 4:00pm.
The recycling depot is open Monday to Saturday, 9am – 5:00pm.

A: No, anyone is welcome to purchase from Island Foods – businesses or households.
Q: What kind of services does Island Foods provide?
A: While we focus mostly on food distribution for a variety of suppliers, we also offer freight services, such as shipping up and down island, and picking up products in the Comox Valley/Campbell River area. We also have a recycling depot on-site.
Q: What areas does Island Foods service?
A: Our territory is everywhere north of Campbell River! This includes Gold River, Sayward, Zeballos, Sointula, Alert Bay, Port McNeill, Port Alice, Port Hardy, Coal Harbour, and the coastal islands such as Bella Bella and Klemtu.
Q: What are the order cut-off times?
A: This changes based on each supplier, and also may reflect delivery days as well. To confirm order cut-off times it is best to speak with our office team.
